Hunters roost and Lodge-John Bostic
First of all, this was my first trip to Illinois. There was serveral things that really bothered me, but the one thing that really stood out was the fact that John and two of his guides were hunting when we were. One evening John came in and was really upset, he stated that he had a shot opportunity at a 160 class deer but had a misfire. One of the hunters that i was hunting with was on his third hunt with John and i could not understand why he was not put in a position to harvest such an trophy. They should have been focused on paid clients, but instead were trying to make a name for themselves.

Reviewer Comments: Had bad weather and still saw a lot of deer. I killed a nice buck and then filled my doe tag. John has lived and hunted in the area his whole life and is very knowledgeable about the deer and works very hard to give you a chance at the buck of a lifetime. It's a hands on operation and John and his wife Judy treat you like family and you won't eat better anywhere. I plan on going back as long as they will have me.

Saskatchewan is home to giant whitetails and skies filled with waterfowl. Saskatchewan is located in the northern part of the central flyway and harbors huge numbers of migrating ducks and geese. Canada moose and black bear are plentiful. Hundreds of outfitters are available to provide whatever kind of hunt a guy or gal needs.
New Mexico Hunting Information
New Mexico is one of the top destinations for trophy Elk and Antelope hunting. Draw odds can be tough depending on the unit but landowner tags are also available for those who don't draw. Mule Deer are plentiful but generally of average size. Only a couple of units and reservations consistently produce big muleys.
Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
