My wife and I are avid hunters and have used numerous outfitters over the years. By far, without a doubt, Snipe Creek Lodge has them all beat. From the first phone call to get information and pricing, Carl Doran the owner, was great to work with. He took the time to explain his hunt model and how he's become Kentucky's #1 outfitter. The single biggest thing that impressed us both was how much work they had done (and continued to do) to ensure a successful hunt. From perfect stand placements to lush green food plots to constantly monitoring wind/weather changes they go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Snipe Creek to anyone.

I had the chance to hunt at Snipe Creek this Nov. last week hunt. Carl has a superb operation, he is truly Kentucky's Whitetail Guru. His knowledge of whitetails and the habitat provided me with an outstanding experience, I harvested a buck, and witnessed many other's taken. His staff are well knowledged,helpfull and allways ready to be there for you.I strongly recommend, if your thinking of a whitetail hunt, think Snipe Creek Kentucky ,you WILL be IMPRESSED.

Awesome deer hunts
These guys are top notch!! The deer are at a serious disadvantage with these guys on your side. They really do work year round on making these hunts something you will never forget. We were a new group in camp this year and went 4for4. That is almost unheard of in free range whitetail hunting Not only were we 4 for 4 but had a 160" and 140"+ taken out of the group. Can't wait to get back. By the way while we were in camp the game warden pulled in to tell us a 200"+ buck had crossed the road coming onto the property the camp was on. Next year!!!!

If your looking for a KY deer hunt look no more Carl has a top notch operation going for him in his camps and he knows more about hunting whitetails then any man I talked to.

The best
I have hunted with Carl for four years-he and the guides are outstanding! He works year-round to develop mature deer habitat. I have hunted with other outfitters, they do not come close to Snipe Creek Lodge. You will have a very good chance to shoot a mature Whitetail! I plan to hunt there as long as Carl will have me-if you go there to hunt you will be extremely pleased!

hunt was great
My friends and I just got back from Snipe Creek lodge on a Rut hunt .....we found them online and the website was awesome ...almost to good to be true....when we arived we were taken care of and made to feel welcome ....Jason the lead guide was great he clearly has the hunts planed so that you will have the best chance to see alot of deer and potentialy Kill the deer of a lifetime....Rick one of the guides that takes you to your hunting location was great also ....when I called in to camp to let them know that I had one down they came out quickly to help....Rick was as excited as I was....lastly i wanted to tell you about Bucky.....man what a great guy and a great cook... i was able to kill my best buck and had a great time to....give these guys an opprotunity you wont be disapointed....

Carl's advantage is that he manages a vast amount of land and various terrians with literally hundreds of stand sets. My wife and I have hunted Snipe Cree twice. Both times I saw B&C quality bucks, one that I took in a great late bow hunt. The knowledge of Carl and his staff is unmatched by any outfitter we have hunted with before. I know for a fact the buck I shot was the result of long hard hours of work and effort put in by Carl and his crew! Thanks for the memories and see ya in the fall to do it again!

White Tail Monsters
I have been a hunter most of my life and spend all my free time in the outdoors. I have hunted all across the US for the elusive whitetail. When I first called Snipe Creek of Western Kentucky Carl personally answered the phone and walked me through his entire set up and how he manages the properties. After the depth of our conversation I knew I had found the right place to hunt. I hunted with Snipe creek that season and I have been back every season since. Carl Doron is the most knowledgeable owner/outfitter I have ever had the pleasure to hunt with. I learn something new from him every time I’m in camp. Snipe Creek land contains the perfect ingredients to produce big whitetails. With hardwoods, river bottoms, bean crops and added food plots Snipe Creek has it all. Another Key element is the little to no pressure the deer face, enabling deer to reach maturity. Snipe Creek is a year round operation from planting food plots, to tracking current deer movement, to monitoring trail cam photos for growth. They use all this information to strategically place each and every one of their hundreds of stands. You can follow all the hard work on Snipe Creeks face book page. It is pretty self explanatory that Carl’s management and hard work pays off by seeing the quality and quantity of big deer on the property each season. The camp always contains a positive attitude, lots of laughs, stories and is full of good camaraderie. The guides are wonderful and treat you like family during your stay. Carl and the Guides treat all with the same hunting mentality whether you are a new or avid hunter. They do all they can to increase the odds of you shooting your trophy. I would recommend hunting at Snipe Creek Outfitters with no hesitation. Snipe creek experience
This was my second trip out to snipe creek outfitters, each time I hunted with Carl his passion and enthusiasm every day keeps you wanting to come back for more. All the set locations were top quality, with the wind always in your face. Never busted on any hunt I was set up on. The quality of the deer and the hostpitality of all the guides and the support staff all work to make sure your experience with them is a memorable one. Im gearing up to do a early season bow hunt this year and as the day comes closer to that hunt I can only say the excitement is building knowing what awaits me at each and every set. Although I might not walk away with a deer, I do know the deer I see will be big, mature whitetail deer and hope to bag one this year and keep my experience a positive one. Carl and his guides always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. Remember they call it hunting for a reason. If it was easy they would call it shopping!!! Snipe creek is definitely worth the doing. Tops in my book.....

Great Guides and Hunt
we did the second week of gun hunting at Snipe Creek. The guides Jason and Justin , several others were there but they were our primary,and were great. Jason listened and tried to place you in the kind of hunt you wanted. lots of different areas to hunt, woods and farms all close to camp. the guides tried to give all a great hunt sites , you could stay all day or change at lunch, some site better for evening hunt. Lodging was KILLER and the supper's were GREAT, gained several lbs while on the hunt, the guides were personable and really wanted you to shoot. Todd ran the lodge and he created a welcoming lodge second to none. I did not see a shooter , but 2 out of our 4 in our group shot and took home their Trophys . We are gong back in 2013, I think 2013 is going to be my year to get a mature SNIPE CREEK BUCK
