Reviewer Comments: I have hunted with the Rickards Family for the past four years. They treat you kin and make sure you have an enjoyable experience. I've shot a colored bear every year. One a platnum blond that weight(not guessed) at 453 lbs. Colored bears seem to outnumber the black ones. I had 17 different bears hitting my bait one night ! It is normal to have many sightings at each bait station every niight. They do all the things a good guide service should do and accomodate every hunters needs and physical abilities. Rhey have not sent a hunter home without a bear since 1987 unless it was the hunters choice not to shoot.

Colorado Hunting Information
Colorado is one of the best western states for trophy mule deer hunting and has the largest population of elk in the west.
Illinois Hunting Information
Illinois is widely known as a top trophy whitetail destination. Illinois also has some great waterfowl hunting, especially in southern portions of the state.
Utah Hunting Information
Utah has recently been outstanding for trophy elk, but the best tags take many years to draw. Utah does have conservation tags available for purchase that allow hunters to bypass the drawing. Given the high demand for these premium tags prices can be high. In the past Utah has been a top trophy mule deer state but recently only a handful of units consistently produce B&C caliber deer.
