Reviewer Comments: I hunted grizzly in Alaska from 7/5/04 through 7/9/04. The season is open year round due to the number of grizzlies. The bears were moving down to the river to eat the salmon. I took a 7 ft. boar and 2 other hunters took a 7 ft. and 9 ft. bear. The outfitter is a good person and is honest and trustworthy. I did hunt hard and took my bear the last afternoon of the hunt. These bears are not as big as the coastal brown bears as they are in the interior of Alaska (Talkeetna Mts.) The terrain is thick brush, the bugs are terrible this time of year but that is the price you must pay. From what I hear, it is a totally different hunt than the coastal brown bear hunt but as you can see above, they do take the occasional 9 ft. interior grizzly and that is a very large bear. This hunt is also not nearly as expensive as a coastal brown bear hunt. So, if you are looking for an interior grizzly hunt, you should definitely consider giving this outfitter consideration.

Manitoba Hunting Information
Manitoba is known as a top destination for avid waterfowl hunters. Huge flocks of ducks and geese can be found from the Arctic coast of Hudson Bay to the prairie potholes on the southern border of this Canadian province. There is no legal requirement for non-resident waterfowl hunters to use a guide, but many are available and a high percentage of non-Canadian hunters utilize them. In addition black bear, Canada moose and whitetails are hunted throughout the province.
Utah Hunting Information
Utah has recently been outstanding for trophy elk, but the best tags take many years to draw. Utah does have conservation tags available for purchase that allow hunters to bypass the drawing. Given the high demand for these premium tags prices can be high. In the past Utah has been a top trophy mule deer state but recently only a handful of units consistently produce B&C caliber deer.
Colorado Hunting Information
Colorado is one of the best western states for trophy mule deer hunting and has the largest population of elk in the west.
