Reviewer Comments: GOT THE FEELING MULEYS ARE NOT WHAT THESE GUYS ARE INTO. SAW TWO BUCKS IN FOUR DAYS OF A SIX DAY HUNT. TOOK A DECENT 5X4 ON THE FOURTH DAY. UNCLE TOOK A 4X3 ON THE FIFTH DAY. ONLY ONE HE SAW THAT WEEK. WE BOTH AGREE THAT IF WE WERE SEEING MORE DEER WE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE LET THESE TWO WALK. THEY SEEM MORE INTO MOOSE. WHAT I DID NOT CARE FOR WAS,IF YOU TAG OUT EARLY YOUR DONE. THATS O.K. BUT, THE FIRST DAY OF THE HUNT, YOU SPEND ALL MORNING STANDING ON LINE IN A GENERAL STORE TO GET YOUR TAGS WHICH IS AN HOUR AWAY AND THEY TALK YOU INTO BUYING A COMBO WOLF/COYOTE TAG. IF YOU HAPPEN TO SPOT ONE WHILE HUNTING DEER, THEN YOU CAN TAKE IT. ONCE YOU HARVEST YOUR DEER, THE OUTFITTER WOULD NOT LET THE GUIDES TAKE YOU OUT TO FILL THE COMBO TAG UNLESS YOU PAY AN ADDITIONAL $500.00. THE GUIDES WERE WILLING TO DO IT FOR $0.

Reviewer Comments: We were told by louis that the area we would be hunting had been scouted and active natural licks were located and that stands were in place were moose, deer, and bears were plentiful and would be seen all day long. we were also incourged to come at the begining of the month (sept) becasue of the moose coming to these licks, instead of waiting later in the month when it would have been easier locating moose through calls during the rut. when we arrived we met louis and his guides. louis then left to return to his home 5 hours away. He said to host other hunters. i believe he might have left becasue of the lies and terrible hunting situation that he left us and his guides in. The guides that were sent had never hunted the area and arrived that day before we did, so there was not scouting done in the area. so our trip turned into a 7 day scouting trip. The guides that were with us did a great job and i recommend them for working as hard as they did with us in trying to find moose. if we had come later during the rut the trip might have been different but we were given this time slot under the premise that everything would be fine. another problem we had was the native indians were coming out of the woods as we were going in by 3 and 4 truck loads. They would be hunting all night long and taking any animal they wanted. This is something a outfitter should know about his area and louis did not. This outfiiter is in it for the money and that is it. i have called him and emailed him since our trip and have not gotten any response. please please do not use alberta wilderness adventures or northen lights adventures out of worsley alberta.

Reviewer Comments: Two of us on the first fall hunt, promised 50+ baits to choose from. Turned out to be driving around in truck looking for bears on the sides of the road. My brother did shoot the only two small bears we saw. I never had a shot or saw any bear that I didn't, and the outfitters website says he had 100% kill for fall. Also I did sit one day in a field next to the road where we happened to see huge bear tracks, after getting out to stretch. The outfitter put a bear carcass on the other side of the road from which I was hunting which the bear drug off into the bush. Then on his web page he has himself posing with a 9 foot bear taken that fall.

Reviewer Comments: They have a very large area which seems to have a lot of bears by the sign we saw. The weather was rain and snow all but one day so made conditions tough. 4 hunters in camp shot 5 bears,2 blacks,1 blond, 1 cinnamon, 1 brown. This is not a five star resort but the cabins are comfortable and the food tasty. If you are looking for an inexpensive spring bear hunt with average size bears and plenty of color give them a try.

New Mexico Hunting Information
New Mexico is one of the top destinations for trophy Elk and Antelope hunting. Draw odds can be tough depending on the unit but landowner tags are also available for those who don't draw. Mule Deer are plentiful but generally of average size. Only a couple of units and reservations consistently produce big muleys.
Quebec Hunting Information
Quebec is probably best know as an excellent caribou hunting destination. Hunters from across the globe travel to Quebec to hunt their big Quebec-Labrador caribou migration. In addition to caribou hunting, Quebec offers black bears, Canada moose and whitetails.
Manitoba Hunting Information
Manitoba is known as a top destination for avid waterfowl hunters. Huge flocks of ducks and geese can be found from the Arctic coast of Hudson Bay to the prairie potholes on the southern border of this Canadian province. There is no legal requirement for non-resident waterfowl hunters to use a guide, but many are available and a high percentage of non-Canadian hunters utilize them. In addition black bear, Canada moose and whitetails are hunted throughout the province.
