BEWARE OF EYEHUNTER GUIDE SERVICE
The company did not provide deer hunts that were advertised by them and paid for by me. My brother and I paid $1500 each (total $3000) to Troy Young on August 30, 2009 with a personal bank check for a self guided hunt for the 2009-10 Ohio deer hunting season. We were to have access to several different leased properties (leased by Troy) for the season. He was to provide maps of the properties and trail cam photos of deer on these properties to us prior to our hunt but never followed through. After several phone calls from my brother and I September 2009 - October 2009, we left several messages on his cell phone which he never returned our calls. When we finally were able to reach him at the end of October 2009 (our hunting lease was for October 2009

Reviewer Comments: We hunted in 2006 with Rick. The lodge was beautiful, the land was nice and the food was great. The problem is, we spent the whole week road hunting. It was a trip more for people who want a big animal with very little work or sweat involved. We did shoot a 170 inch, a 160 inch and a 140 inch mule deer. The elk we saw were massive.

Manitoba Hunting Information
Manitoba is known as a top destination for avid waterfowl hunters. Huge flocks of ducks and geese can be found from the Arctic coast of Hudson Bay to the prairie potholes on the southern border of this Canadian province. There is no legal requirement for non-resident waterfowl hunters to use a guide, but many are available and a high percentage of non-Canadian hunters utilize them. In addition black bear, Canada moose and whitetails are hunted throughout the province.
Illinois Hunting Information
Illinois is widely known as a top trophy whitetail destination. Illinois also has some great waterfowl hunting, especially in southern portions of the state.
Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
