Whitetail Hunting At Its Best
This was my 3rd consecutive year hunting with AWGS. 3 yrs and 3 bucks. 1st was a 20 pt, 2nd was a triple drop tine giant, and this past yr another drop tine beauty. David, Tyler, Dean, and Terry have been in business 28 yrs now. Nobody puts in more work preparing for their hunters than these guys. They have a year round program in place to monitor their hunting areas. I've hunted all 3 yrs out of the west camp with Tyler and Dean. Great accomodations, awesome food, and the best whitetail hunting of my life!! All guides are highly experienced and know their stuff. While you sit in the stand as a hunter they are all out continuously scouting and keeping up with the deer movement. I should know; after killing each of my bucks I've hung out with everyone of them and know first hand their work ethic. The formula for realizing your hunting dreams is simple: preparation plus opportunity equals success. AWGS will do their part. If you do everything on your part as the hunter you'll be able to take advantage of the opportunity when it occurs. And it will. In my humble opinion, AWGS is the absolute best of the best outfitter in Alberta and the place to hunt when chasing the buck of your dreams!!

Wyoming Hunting Information
Wyoming is a great state for hunters! It offers a wide variety of good big game, turkey, small game, upland and predator hunting.
Alberta Hunting Information
Alberta is a large, diverse province with rolling prairies, farmland, river bottoms, Boreal forests, and large expanses of the northern Rocky Mountains. Many species of big game, waterfowl, upland game and predators inhabit Alberta. Long known for monster whitetails, Alberta also is home to big mule deer, pronghorn antelope, elk, black bear, cougar, Canada moose, and bighorn sheep. In fact, 7 of the 10 largest bighorn sheep in Boone and Crockett record book are from Alberta. In addition to big game, Alberta offers some top notch bird hunting. Serious waterfowlers know about the large flocks of ducks and geese that call Alberta home or migrate through.
Utah Hunting Information
Utah has recently been outstanding for trophy elk, but the best tags take many years to draw. Utah does have conservation tags available for purchase that allow hunters to bypass the drawing. Given the high demand for these premium tags prices can be high. In the past Utah has been a top trophy mule deer state but recently only a handful of units consistently produce B&C caliber deer.
