Reviewer Comments: Greg Kristoff and his family just purchased this outfit in 2001.They were still in the process of taking complete control of the operations when I hunted with them last fall. The area they hunt is off-limits to motorized vehicles[no ATVs]. A comforable tent camp is located 12 miles by horse back from the trail head in a beautiful wilderness area. Each morning we rode our horses from camp one to two hours before daylight into prime moose areas and either glassed or called for moose.I was bow hunting and holding out for a large bull. I saw 13 bulls and 17 cows during my hunt.Although I missed the only shot I took with my bow, 12 of the bulls I saw were in easy rifle range. The two rifle hunters they had last season took large bulls within the third day of their hunt. Gregs two sons Corey and Ryan were our guides and his wife Dianna was our excellent cook. They all went out of their way to make sure we had a enjoyable experience. Now that they have complete control of the outfit things will only be better with the new equipment and improvements they have planned. I would highly recommend them for a true wilderness adventure and hunting trip.

Utah Hunting Information
Utah has recently been outstanding for trophy elk, but the best tags take many years to draw. Utah does have conservation tags available for purchase that allow hunters to bypass the drawing. Given the high demand for these premium tags prices can be high. In the past Utah has been a top trophy mule deer state but recently only a handful of units consistently produce B&C caliber deer.
Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
Ohio Hunting Information
Ohio is best known for its trophy whitetail deer. In fact, the world record non-typical whitetail was harvested in Greene county by Mike Beatty in November 2001,
