Bowzone Whitetail Deer

Excellent hunt for whitetail in the Edmonton Bow Zone. I would highly recommend Classic Outfitters to anyone interested in testing their bow hunting skills in conditions that can be extreme. Jim Hole Jr. has a wealth of knowledge about the bowzone, bow hunting, and whitetails in general. I have hunted 5 times since 2003 and have never been disappointed. I can say that the experience has made me a better hunter at home. Camp is very comfortable. Food is top notch. The experience is first class. These deer are not pressured and you will see great deer. I can hunt deer here in Wisconsin, but the quality of deer and experience cannot compare to Classic outfitters and the Edmonton Bowzone.

The Bow Zone

The Edmonton Bow Zone may be the best place in North America to kill a world class whitetail! If you hunt the Zone in November be prepared for 20-30 below zero temps! There are not alot of deer in the bow zone but, you just might see the biggest buck of your life here. If anyone knows what lives here, where they are, and what it takes to kill them, its Jim Hole Jr. Great lodge, great food, BIG BUCKS!

Yukon Territory Hunting Information

The Yukon Territory is a legendary hunting destination. Hunters from all over the world travel to the Yukon for wilderness adventure hunting at its finest. This rugged, remote and beautiful province is nearly untouched by man. It is similar in size to the state of California but with a population of only about 30,000 residents. The Yukon is a vast, pristine wilderness that holds a tremendous variety of trophy game species. You should be in excellent physical condition to maximize your success and to enjoy the Yukon experience.

Iowa Hunting Information

Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.

Alberta Hunting Information

Alberta is a large, diverse province with rolling prairies, farmland, river bottoms, Boreal forests, and large expanses of the northern Rocky Mountains. Many species of big game, waterfowl, upland game and predators inhabit Alberta. Long known for monster whitetails, Alberta also is home to big mule deer, pronghorn antelope, elk, black bear, cougar, Canada moose, and bighorn sheep. In fact, 7 of the 10 largest bighorn sheep in Boone and Crockett record book are from Alberta. In addition to big game, Alberta offers some top notch bird hunting. Serious waterfowlers know about the large flocks of ducks and geese that call Alberta home or migrate through.
