I have hunted the Jicarilla 6 times for elk, and it is always wonderful. You can hunt bugling bulls with any weapon on 900,000 acres with little pressure. It is a fantastic hunt where elk act as they should. I have used both rifle and muzzleloader. can't recommend it any higher. I will be there this fall as well...
