British Columbia Elk Hunt
If you are looking for a terrific outfitter in southeast British Columbia, Baldy Mountains Outfitters is a great choice. My friend and I both hunted with them in September 2011 during the first week of rifle season for elk...during the rut. Though the weather was unseasonably hot our guides worked hard to give us both the opportunity to harvest a pair of 6 by 6s. My buddy got his elk on Day 2...mine came on Day 9. Guides butchered and packed out the animals and helped with horns and capes. Other hunters in camp took an elk and a nice bighorn. Nice cabins and accommodations. Homemade meals while in camp. The Leuenberger family which runs the operation will take good care of you.
