Mountain Goat
I hunted with Beaverfoot Outfitting in Golden BC in 2015. Fantastic guide (Troy Wolfenden) and plenty of goats. The climbs were tough and the weather was bad with rain and snow daily but Troy worked his rear end of to keep me in the game. I had two separate bow range goats in 10 days even with the weather bad. There were chances at black bears as well but I went until the end trying to get my goat. I got it done on day 10! I am booking another hunt as soon as I can to get back to the Beaverfoot Valley of BC.

Reviewer Comments: I hunted with Troy and his brother Warren in October 2009 for mountain goat, mule deer, and black bear. Troy and Warren run a top rate operation. You are immediately made to feel at home and both Troy and Warren worked incredibly hard to get me my animals. After getting my goat on the second day Warren kept up the effort to help me harvest a nice 4X4 mule deer on the last morning of the hunt. I also passed on several large black bear while pursuing the mule deer. I would recommend Beaverfoot Outfitting without hesitation.

Reviewer Comments: I had a great hunt with Beaverfoot Outfitting near Golden BC in September 08. The food and lodging were first rate as well as all personnel in the camp. The owner guide, Troy Wolfenden worked hard throughout the hunt to get me in position to take a goat with traditional archery equipment. He succeeded in doing that but I failed to make the shot. I couldn't ask for a better opportunity than I had and was happy to settle for a nice billy with a rifle toward the end of my hunt. Great, hard working outfitter and crew!

Reviewer Comments: I went hunting with Troy at the end of September 2006 for Mountain goat. During this time my confidence with Troy grew everyday. He always hunted to my abilities and showed great patience throughout the hunt. The food and coordination of the hunt was excellent, as well as the companionship. The scenery was spectacular. He also knows his hunting territory extremely well and is determined to have a successful hunt. On the last day, even after tagging out with a 12 year old billie, a 4 x 4 mule deer, a black bear and a 6 x 6 elk, he still offered to take me to photograph grizzlies. I strongly recommend Troy and Beaverfoot Outfitting, he is a top notch outfitter.

Reviewer Comments: Troy runs a very good hunting operation, excellent area for Mt. Goats. Was on a 10 day hunt,I took my goat on the 6th day of the hunt, in the 6 days I saw between 80 to 85 goats, the goat that I shot was a 10 and half year old billy. Saw black bear, deer, and elk. This hunt was the best guided hunt that I have ever had, my guide worked very hard to help me get my goat.

New Mexico Hunting Information
New Mexico is one of the top destinations for trophy Elk and Antelope hunting. Draw odds can be tough depending on the unit but landowner tags are also available for those who don't draw. Mule Deer are plentiful but generally of average size. Only a couple of units and reservations consistently produce big muleys.
Ontario Hunting Information
Ontario is often considered a sportsman's paradise. This large province contains huge sections of wilderness, filled with thousands of lakes that provide excellent habitat for Canada moose and black bear. Excellent fishing for walleye, northern pike, muskie, smallmouth bass and other species can often be combined with a hunt. From spike camps to 5-star lodges, there are lodges, guides and outfitters for every adventure and every taste.
Alberta Hunting Information
Alberta is a large, diverse province with rolling prairies, farmland, river bottoms, Boreal forests, and large expanses of the northern Rocky Mountains. Many species of big game, waterfowl, upland game and predators inhabit Alberta. Long known for monster whitetails, Alberta also is home to big mule deer, pronghorn antelope, elk, black bear, cougar, Canada moose, and bighorn sheep. In fact, 7 of the 10 largest bighorn sheep in Boone and Crockett record book are from Alberta. In addition to big game, Alberta offers some top notch bird hunting. Serious waterfowlers know about the large flocks of ducks and geese that call Alberta home or migrate through.
