Reviewer Comments: This was my first mule deer hunt. Booked the hunt through Cabelas. It was not the type of hunt I expected. The country is wide open and they hunt from vehicles. You are stuck in a Chevy suburban from sun up to sun down. Got to glass and stalk up on a nice buck in the Mountain area of the property. No luck on my shot. Took a nice average 4x4 the third day. I believe I could have taken a much better buck had I had more time, However my youngest daughter went in to the hospital back home on the second day of my hunt and I had to rush home. The thing that impressed me the most was the good nature of the owner and guides. They were all local guys who had grown up together in Broadus. They were as friendly as could be and worked hard to get you an animal. I would go back in a heart beat.

Ontario Hunting Information
Ontario is often considered a sportsman's paradise. This large province contains huge sections of wilderness, filled with thousands of lakes that provide excellent habitat for Canada moose and black bear. Excellent fishing for walleye, northern pike, muskie, smallmouth bass and other species can often be combined with a hunt. From spike camps to 5-star lodges, there are lodges, guides and outfitters for every adventure and every taste.
Manitoba Hunting Information
Manitoba is known as a top destination for avid waterfowl hunters. Huge flocks of ducks and geese can be found from the Arctic coast of Hudson Bay to the prairie potholes on the southern border of this Canadian province. There is no legal requirement for non-resident waterfowl hunters to use a guide, but many are available and a high percentage of non-Canadian hunters utilize them. In addition black bear, Canada moose and whitetails are hunted throughout the province.
Oregon Hunting Information
Oregon is not known to be a trophy big game producing state. That said they do have good quantities of animals such as Elk.
