Misguided
I hunted with Chris David when he was operating Canada West Outfitters. He lied from the beginning to the end. We were whitetail hunting and out of four people no one killed a thing. He was showing pictures of deer being killed, and claimed they were from our area. The pictures were older than the dates he claimed. He agreed to give a moose deposit back, and he never would return the money. He is a pathological LIAR. He showed a deer he claimed he guided the year before, and he jacked the picture from a Jim Shockey forum. Never trust his lies. He has a lie to back up a lie.

Reviewer Comments: I was and the key word here is was, a booking agent for Mountain Country Outfitters. The person we ere in direct contact with representing Mountain Country Outfitters was Lain Roth. We only represented their hunts for an extremely short time because with the very first and only hunter we sent them Lain Roth d.b.a. Mountain Country Outfitters stiffed us for our commission after telling me personally a couple of different times that he had actually mailed our commission check of $680.00 so we know as a fact that he will flat out lie to you personally. Beware hunters, if he is dishonest with his booking agents can you trust him to be honest with his hunters. Be sure you check out his only other review here. Beware.

Reviewer Comments: Not one promise was kept with this hunt. I have been on at least 20 + guided hunts from Africa to all over Canada and US. This was the worst hunt I have ever experienced. Stayed in low rate motel 2 hours each way from hunting area. Road hunted for 12 hours a day + round trip of 4 hours to and from hunt area. Spent 16 hours a day for a week in old pick up that we had minor problems with. I would not take this hunt for free. Ate meals mostly out of convience stores when we got gas. All meals were to be home made and was promised to stay in a cabin on hunting area. Never saw a cabin or had a home cooked meal. Paid for my own food. The guide did not know the area at all and had never hunted there himself. A very disappointing experience. Never wrote before about hunts and as any hunter knows, they don't always go as planned but this hunt was worth telling others about. The story can go on but readers do have a idea of what to expect if you choose this outfitter.

British Columbia Hunting Information
British Columbia is an excellent hunting destination that offers a wide variety of game species. Vast wilderness areas and pristine coastlines provide world class adventure hunting for those seeking that trip of a lifetime. BC is arguably best known for big coastal black bears, Canada moose, grizzly bear, mountain lion, Dall sheep and Stone sheep. Hunters can book a hunt with an outfitter and avoid the license drawing process common in most U.S. states.
Yukon Territory Hunting Information
The Yukon Territory is a legendary hunting destination. Hunters from all over the world travel to the Yukon for wilderness adventure hunting at its finest. This rugged, remote and beautiful province is nearly untouched by man. It is similar in size to the state of California but with a population of only about 30,000 residents. The Yukon is a vast, pristine wilderness that holds a tremendous variety of trophy game species. You should be in excellent physical condition to maximize your success and to enjoy the Yukon experience.
Colorado Hunting Information
Colorado is one of the best western states for trophy mule deer hunting and has the largest population of elk in the west.
