Dream come true!
Met at airport by a guide dropping off several successful hunters. Travelled by boat to outstanding base camp with clean comfortable cabins. Incredible meals. Next day helicoptered 30 miles into hunting area by excellent pilot. Set up in spike camp by experienced guide named Clinton. He was very personable and took care of me on the mountain. Used exceptional guiding and spotting skills. I felt safe the entire hunt. Day 3 I wounded my ram. I felt sick and was very dejected. Clinton was very positive and kept me going. We tracked that ram an entire day. He was in constant contact with outfitter during my hunt. Always had a "plan" to help me find and successfully collect my trophy. Back at base camp all the guides as well as the Lancasters were very supportive. I have been on several guided hunts and this was top notch. Very professional and had extreme attention to every detail. I left feeling like I had met a great bunch of new friends. I can not say enough about Nahanni Butte Outfitters.

Quebec Hunting Information

Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
