very disappointed
The absolutely worse hunting experience ever. I have hunted all over the country with outfitters and this was the most expensive BUT it was advertised as the best of the best. I took my 2 sons for a hunt that hopefully would be a memorable experience as I am 74 and not sure how many more of these I can go on. Nothing was as advertised and promised. We and the other 6 men in our camp saw nothing other than very small does. We were told, by the macho manager Eric that if we shot anything under a 140+ we would be fined $1,000, no worries there was nothing like that. We were in tree stands for 12 hrs w/o leaving all 4 days as were the other guys. We did have a very nice lodge to stay in but the food was a joke. Not the cooks fault she had nothing to work with. You don't give men baked spaghetti w/no meat, vegetable soup w/no meat when they've been out in a tree stand for 12 hours. This hunt cost me over $13,000 and when I called Mark to discuss, calmly, my disappointment, I was yelled at with foul language and not allowed to say a word. When I called back a woman answered and called me a Yankee Asshole then hung up. They didn't mind that Yankee money though. I thought the Civil War ended long long ago. None of the men at our camp will ever go to Premier again and I hope this review will help someone else considering it. DON'T DO IT.

exciting
what a great time we had. the first two days it was really windy and my brother and another hunter who was there at the lodge said they didnt see any reason to go out in 35 mph winds. called him at about 10 30 and told him i had already seen 24 deer including 2 real shooters. thats afternoon he killed a 150 class ten poiner after seeing a monster buck first.food was great, lodge was great, and the guides were knowledgable and friendly. have already booked for next year.

New Mexico Hunting Information
New Mexico is one of the top destinations for trophy Elk and Antelope hunting. Draw odds can be tough depending on the unit but landowner tags are also available for those who don't draw. Mule Deer are plentiful but generally of average size. Only a couple of units and reservations consistently produce big muleys.
Kansas Hunting Information
Kansas is one of the top producing monster whitetail buck states in the country. It also has some excellent turkey hunting and a few big mule deer in the western part of the state. Kansas has an excellent reputation as a top notch destination for upland birds. It has excellent populations of pheasant and quail due to the vast expanse of suitable prairie and grassland type habitat.
Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
