Reviewer Comments: Randy Slaughter is a first rate guide. He is very aggressive and taught me a thing or two about whitetail hunting! He just doesn't take no for an answer! I saw PLENTY of deer and had shot opportunities on SEVERAL nice bucks! I ended up getting the nicest buck we saw which scored 139 B&C. This would be a great hunt for the experienced hunter OR novice alike!

Kansas Hunting Information
Kansas is one of the top producing monster whitetail buck states in the country. It also has some excellent turkey hunting and a few big mule deer in the western part of the state. Kansas has an excellent reputation as a top notch destination for upland birds. It has excellent populations of pheasant and quail due to the vast expanse of suitable prairie and grassland type habitat.
Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
New Mexico Hunting Information
New Mexico is one of the top destinations for trophy Elk and Antelope hunting. Draw odds can be tough depending on the unit but landowner tags are also available for those who don't draw. Mule Deer are plentiful but generally of average size. Only a couple of units and reservations consistently produce big muleys.
