Reviewer Comments: Bowhunted mule deer last september with Greg. Saw some very nice velvet bucks and had alot of fun hunting w/ Greg and other hunters in camp. 3 out of 4 hunters took bucks which I figure is pretty good for spot and stalk bowhunting.

outfitter review submitted by: Bill Koll on Jan 9 2002

Species Hunted: bear, moose

Game Quality: great

Accommodation Quality: First rate

Camp Condition: Excellent

Food Quality: Excellent

Guide Experience: The best

Other Personal Experience: expert

Overall Impression: Excellent

Recommend: Absolutely the best

Reviewer Comments: Camp is a well kept lodge, food is home cooked, and the quality and quantity of bear in all color phases is tops. The crew worked very hard in all aspects of the hunt, and success in hunting all game animals is made easy by the crew's knowledge of the area and ability.

Alberta Hunting Information

Alberta is a large, diverse province with rolling prairies, farmland, river bottoms, Boreal forests, and large expanses of the northern Rocky Mountains. Many species of big game, waterfowl, upland game and predators inhabit Alberta. Long known for monster whitetails, Alberta also is home to big mule deer, pronghorn antelope, elk, black bear, cougar, Canada moose, and bighorn sheep. In fact, 7 of the 10 largest bighorn sheep in Boone and Crockett record book are from Alberta. In addition to big game, Alberta offers some top notch bird hunting. Serious waterfowlers know about the large flocks of ducks and geese that call Alberta home or migrate through.
