Reviewer Comments: We hunted Second Rifle with Bull and Elk tags. although we did fill one Bull tag (a nice 5X5), the sightings of Elk were sparse. Never even saw a cow in five days. But the weather and time of year contributed to this. It was National Forest and hard hunted previous to our arrival. I can not say enough about the staff and the their hospitality, They are all great folks. My Dad and I never hunted in CO before, and it was such beautiful country, the experience was one I will cherish the rest of my life. I would definetly go back and use Bar-H again!

Reviewer Comments: I have been hunting with Bar-H two times already, and I am booked for 08' again. If you can shoot your bow, and you are in good shape, you should shoot your bull. Being in shape is key. We slept at almost 10000 feet. Walking the hills will take your air. Randy and Jeanne are wonderful people. It's hard to find good, hard working people, but they are the real deal.

Reviewer Comments: My Hunting partner and I were both first time elk hunters so we went with the fully guided hunt.Tom got his bull on the 2nd day and I got mine on the 3rd day of the hunt. This was a first season hunt. Bar-H has a great group of hard working people. We are booking a drop camp for 2005.

Reviewer Comments: I hunted with Bar-H during the first rifle season of 2003. This was a public land hunt with too many people and too few elk. After the first day very few elk were seen. Five guided hunters killed one bull and one cow.

Reviewer Comments: We hunted the 4th Rifle Season in Unit 12 under miserable cold, wintery conditions. Our guides worked hard all 5 days to put us on animals. We located 15-30 animals daily, though few legal bulls were sighted. Every evening we returned to warm, dry tents with well cooked meals to follow. By the end of the hunt we had all tagged out returning home with meat, horns and chilly memeries.

Yukon Territory Hunting Information
The Yukon Territory is a legendary hunting destination. Hunters from all over the world travel to the Yukon for wilderness adventure hunting at its finest. This rugged, remote and beautiful province is nearly untouched by man. It is similar in size to the state of California but with a population of only about 30,000 residents. The Yukon is a vast, pristine wilderness that holds a tremendous variety of trophy game species. You should be in excellent physical condition to maximize your success and to enjoy the Yukon experience.
Oregon Hunting Information
Oregon is not known to be a trophy big game producing state. That said they do have good quantities of animals such as Elk.
