Stickbow Bears
Experienced an awesome hunt with Ryan at Stickflingers Manitoba. Hunted one stand and had 10 different bears come in. Killed a 20inch bear that squared 7 feet. The camp for the week went 6 for 6 with 3 Pope and Young animals. The food was great and the cabin cozy. Ryan and his guides ran baits during the day and did everything possible to put us in stands that were right for the wind direction and height we wanted. There were 3 color phase bears killed including mine, a giant chocolate colored bear. Just a great hunt with a quality guide and quality animals. I am headed back in 2012...can't wait!

Utah Hunting Information
Utah has recently been outstanding for trophy elk, but the best tags take many years to draw. Utah does have conservation tags available for purchase that allow hunters to bypass the drawing. Given the high demand for these premium tags prices can be high. In the past Utah has been a top trophy mule deer state but recently only a handful of units consistently produce B&C caliber deer.
Oregon Hunting Information
Oregon is not known to be a trophy big game producing state. That said they do have good quantities of animals such as Elk.
Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
