KS deer bowhunt

Tara is where I got my feet wet in whitetail hunting, I have been going there for several years. something about hunting in the MS river bottom that I just can't get enough of! They are bowhunting only so they are serious about it. Good price and lots of deer. Most of the deer killed here are from 125 class to 150 class, but for the price you can't beat it.

Reviewer Comments: When you go to Tara plan to hunt hard, because these guys really work their tails off to put you on deer. Top notch operation with top quality people. Have hunted there 3 times. Killed a 150 class 8 point in Dec. 2002.

Reviewer Comments: It is a bowhunting only outfit so not everyone can expect to kill a deer. I have been there 3 times and had a good experience all three times although I have only killed a deer this past hunt. They have plenty of deer and plenty of quality deer. It's bowhunting and like bowhunting everywhere else in the country, it ain't always easy. A good hunt I recommend to any experienced bowhunter.

Arizona has lots of trophy big game but is probably best known for its trophy elk and mule deer. This partially due to the limited number of tags available.

Alberta Hunting Information

Alberta is a large, diverse province with rolling prairies, farmland, river bottoms, Boreal forests, and large expanses of the northern Rocky Mountains. Many species of big game, waterfowl, upland game and predators inhabit Alberta. Long known for monster whitetails, Alberta also is home to big mule deer, pronghorn antelope, elk, black bear, cougar, Canada moose, and bighorn sheep. In fact, 7 of the 10 largest bighorn sheep in Boone and Crockett record book are from Alberta. In addition to big game, Alberta offers some top notch bird hunting. Serious waterfowlers know about the large flocks of ducks and geese that call Alberta home or migrate through.
