Mule Deer
I booked this hunt with Craig at the last minute and it was my first time doing a guided hunt of any time.l was told do Craig that the last week in October had the best chance of getting a nice buck over 24" with rutt starting.all I can say is that I saw over 200 deer a day and a lot of bucks I shot a big buck on the first day. Craig was right it was a blast.his guides are very good and will help with any conditions you may have. I'm a big man 6'5" &375 pounds and we walked at my pace.the food was good nothing to right home about just ok .It was a new cook .I would book with him at any time thay have the game for shure

Outstanding Mule Deer & Antelope Hunt
This was my first big game hunt out West and my father and I had a fantastic time with Craig Smith and his team at Triple Three. Craig is very professional and honest, and words can’t describe how fantastic the guides and camp cook were. It was truly a pleasure to spend 5 days in camp with this group of guys. I personally hunted with Mike Painter (also a taxidermist) and will be returning to hunt with Mike again as soon as humanly possible. I would be more than happy to talk about my experience at Triple Three with anyone that is considering this hunt.

2013 Mule deer and antelope
Excellent outfitter with a great group of guides. Incredible scenery, plentiful game, good food and more importantly a great time. I was in pursuit of a respectable Mule Deer and Pronghorn Antelope both of which I killed. Highly recommend Triple Three and looking forward to returning!

Family time
I hunted with Triple Three outfitters in mid October with my father in law, brother in law and cousin. I had tags for mule deer and cow elk. We arrived at camp and found newly built cabins and cook house. We put many miles on our boots and glassed some of the best deer country I've ever seen. We saw a lot of deer and lots of bucks each day. I had killed big deer with Craig before and was waiting on something special. On the afternoon of the last day of my hunt, we spotted two trophy bucks bedded in the same draw. After a lot of back and forth about which one was bigger, I took the heaviest one. The entire week was all we had hoped for. We saw tons of game and all of us filled every tag we had. We took 3 mulies , 3 cow elk and an awesome antelope buck back to Pennsylvania with us. Craig's cook Beto was phenomenal. From the authentic Mexican meals to elk steak, I think we all gained weight on this trip. If you are looking for a great outfitter for elk, deer and antelope with tons of game and great properties to hunt, give Craig a call. Thanks Craig,we had a blast!

Mule Deer & Pronghorn
This was my 8th hunt with Triple Three Outfitters and as always, Craig Smith and his staff did not disappoint. Large amount of game seen each day to choose from and the guide experience is second to none. My nephew, Dylan Fedell, and I harvested 2 each of trophy size muledeer and antelope. This is a true western experience that I'm looking forward to time and time again. My wife and I will be visiting again this July and I'll be planning my fall hunt with Craig and Donna at that time. Patches is an awesome guide and can't wait to hunt with him again! I welcome sharing my experience so feel free to write or give me a call.

Elk - Not This Year
I hunted elk with Triple Three Outfitters for five days from October 24-28, 2013. It was probably as much fun as you can have on an elk hunt without ever seeing an animal (with one disappointment that I'll mention at the end). We hunted private land adjoining the Bighorn National Forest about 20 miles NW of Buffalo. The property has a rustic but very nice cabin with running hot water. The hunting area is three saddles that lead animals from the forest to feeding areas down the hill. The hunt is primarily sitting in blinds watching for animals on the move. If the animals are using the area, it's a great shot opportunity. If they're not, it's a lot of sitting without much action. In my case, we saw a single raghorn slip through the trees in the far distance on the first morning and for the remaining five days, never saw another animal. I had both bull and cow tags but made soup from both of them. There were three other hunters in camp and they saw a total of eight animals, three bulls and five cows. All of the guides were FANTASTIC! They worked hard, had great personalities and really, really cared about locating some animals. The one thing that surprised me after the hunt was the lack of contact from the outfitter. Between hunt cost, tag fees and transportation, I was into this adventure for over $8000. I knew it wasn't a guaranteed hunt and didn't want a guaranteed hunt but after working hard for five days and basically never seeing an elk, I expected the outfitter would at least contact me to share that he cared about how the hunt turned out. The outfitter seems like a great guy, professional operator but I think he dropped the ball on this one. He visited camp mid-hunt for about 1/2 hour and that's all I saw of him and haven't heard from him since. All in all, would I recommend this hunt? Yes with the warning that if the animals aren't using the property, you really don't have alternatives.
Outfitter Response: Mike, came very prepared. Sorry he did not get an elk. Camp went 3 for four 75% on nice bull elk so not sure he is giving an accurate report about game numbers. I did try to call and got voice mail. This is a real hunt. I took a day and visited camp midhunt and found everyone very happy. Checked in via cell every night guides reported good success. Wrangler was packing elk every day! Happy to hear Mike would come back to hunt with us. Hope he does. We will try extra hard for him!

Mule Deer Pronghorn
My first trip to Triple Three Outfitters and Craig Smith was fantastic. Craig , his guides, and staff make sure all our needs were met..We tagged out on the second day of the hunt, but our guide Patches didn't let us sit,, He took us on a tour of the area, Showed us the elk camp,, and local hot spots. The hunting was great,, food was great,, and accomidations were first rate. i am going back in two years for Elk. Can't wait..

Deer antelope
Hunted with Craig and Jay for 4 days. Excellent shooting opportunities. My son and I had hundreds of options for antelope and deer. The Elk only provided limited options due to weather. If there is a drawback it would be that they limit the harvest to trophy animals.Which can limit your success. We had 6 tags and filled 5. Only because I am slow to focus and had only two viable shots at trophy Deer We were exposed to 1000s of Antelope 100s of deer and about 100 elk in 4 days. Meals and lodging were more than adequate.

Great Hunt
My Brother and I want to thank all at Triple Three Outfitters for a Great Antelope Archery Hunt. We both have been on many hunts together and this was on top of our list. The Guides, You and your Wife are wonderful people and very professional. We had a great time from the time we arrived until we left. We were both fortunate enough to have tagged out early and with the help of the guides did some trout fishing along the Big horns in which we both landed some nice trout. Buffalo, WY is a sportsman’s dream and your outfit makes it that more impressive. Everything you told me over the phone while booking was 100% accurate, looking to come back next year for an Elk Hunt.
note: The following reviews predate the numeric rating system and are not included in this outfitter's overall rating.
Arizona Hunting Information
Arizona has lots of trophy big game but is probably best known for its trophy elk and mule deer. This partially due to the limited number of tags available.
Iowa Hunting Information
Iowa is one of the best Midwestern states for monster whitetail bucks. Non-residents must apply for a tag in their annual drawing. Archery tags are the most sought after and depending on what units you apply for generally take 2-4 years to draw.
Manitoba Hunting Information
Manitoba is known as a top destination for avid waterfowl hunters. Huge flocks of ducks and geese can be found from the Arctic coast of Hudson Bay to the prairie potholes on the southern border of this Canadian province. There is no legal requirement for non-resident waterfowl hunters to use a guide, but many are available and a high percentage of non-Canadian hunters utilize them. In addition black bear, Canada moose and whitetails are hunted throughout the province.
