What A Joke

What a waste of money. Left camp at 6:00am and was back at camp by 5:00pm everyday. It took 3 and a half hours on horse to reach the top, seen some elk and the guide would say its nap time, and he would sleep for 2 hours, then he would get up and say,it,s to late to go after them. Back on the horse for a 3 and a half hour ride back to camp. What a joke. Never again.

Reviewer Comments: FIRST TIME WILDERNESS HUNT.JOHN AND HIS GUYS WORK VERY HARD TO HELP YOU GET YOUR BUCK. WEATHER WAS VERY WARM WITH NO SNOW MAKING BUCKS DIFFICULT TO FIND. DID GET 3X4 BUCK LAST DAY BUT PASSED ON BETTER. A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE AND I WOULD LIKE TO GO BACK FOR ANOTHER TRY. OUTFITTER GUIDED ME ONE DAY TRYING TO GET ME A GOOD BUCK. JOHN AND HIS BUNCH ARE UP FRONT HONEST AND GENUINLY GOOD PEOPLE.

Reviewer Comments: This is a wilderness hunt in units 60 and 70 of the Teton Wilderness area. Be prepared for alot of horseback riding-20 to 25 miles from trail head to camp and daily riding for the hunt. This is also prime bear country-be prepared- several griz were seen. I bagged a nice 6 x 6 bull on the second day.
