Reviewer Comments: I bought the hunt at a hunting show in NY. Terry talked about the quality of bow hunting and the great bucks. When I got there, I was the only hunter for the week! Hunted hard 5 days. Never saw a deer. He is only set up for rifles. I booked a bow hunt. The area was heavy timber and brush. Could never have taken a shot. I had to spend 1 hour after the first morning triming shooting lanes. 16 hours each way from NY. Was a waste.

Illinois Hunting Information
Illinois is widely known as a top trophy whitetail destination. Illinois also has some great waterfowl hunting, especially in southern portions of the state.
Kansas Hunting Information
Kansas is one of the top producing monster whitetail buck states in the country. It also has some excellent turkey hunting and a few big mule deer in the western part of the state. Kansas has an excellent reputation as a top notch destination for upland birds. It has excellent populations of pheasant and quail due to the vast expanse of suitable prairie and grassland type habitat.
