This is worst guided hunt ever. No wildlife. Company doesn't care once they have your money. No legal animals seen to shoot. Wasted six days of the lives of six people in Our group.

Scam
Worst guided hunt ever. Never saw a legal animal to shoot in six days. Road twelve hours in pickup each day on same roads many times, and saw very few animals at all. Two moose cows in six days. One small bear each day. A few Spike and doe mule deer. Not a trophy hunt. Not even a meat hunt. Company would not rebook and didn't care the wildlife was not there due to wildfire and droughts. Don't even consider using this company. Local residents on way home said area has been shot out for many years and you must go further north to see anything. Scam!!!!!!

Reviewer Comments: I am so very upset that I was taken in on this scam of a so called HUNT. If you like hunting in a truck going up and down a road for 12 hours a day. This was not a hunt. They had there money and they did not care if you seen a thing. Total lies on the quality of hunting. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN...........just sorry I did not find this web site before going! NO I did NOT see a thing! We where 100% guaranteed to get a moose within 130 yards. Also you would see 10 - 15 Bear a day and not to worry about tag till last day. It was a lie as to what hunt would be like.

Reviewer Comments: The outfitter for this so called hunt was Rob Emmeukamp. He was the worst excuse for an outfitter I have ever met in over 40 hunting trips. Please don't waste money or time with this outfitters. It is a big ripoff that shames the word hunting. As the old saying goes they will take your money and run. Before going with this group call me and talk to me.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was as good as expected or better. My guide, Mr. Tim Cushman, was a wonderful person and really knew the game in his guide area. I was presented a bottle of Crown Royal before I left the Fraiser Inn for the hunting area, just as promised. I had expected to hunt off ATV's or 4x4 pick ups and instead was given the pleasure of a Hunting Magazine type, horseback hunting adventure that most people only get to dream about. I want to thank Wildlife Adventures for such a quality hunt and memories that will last the rest of my lifetime.

Reviewer Comments: The outfitter was the most arrogant usless piece of you know what I have ever met. Its a shame to have someone like Ron Emmelkamp inthe position to screw hunters like he does. An outfitter suppose to run a clean and happy atmosphere in camp. Not when he gets your money and after that to hell with your wants and needs. Just a pitiful experience that could have been so good if this Outfitter even tried just a little to make this a hunt the hunters would enjoy not just to get the 5 days the hunters paid for over with.

Reviewer Comments: This Outfitter lied to at least three different groups of us about booking us. He lied to me saying that they have had a good year up to now. When I tried to call him after the hunt he didn't call me back. When I did get a hold of him he said that he would get back with me. He did and left a threating voice mail on my answering machine. He won't call people back and talk direct to them. I didn't pay to be driven around in truck all day. The guide I had didn't know how to stalk a deer. If a deer happened to walk in front of the truck then you might get a shot. RETIRED VETERAN

Reviewer Comments: "Spot and stalk", they should have said ride in a pickup 10-12 hours a day and hope you don't get a blood clott. This was nothing but road hunting on public land and minimum effort for the guides. "Quick, theres a buck, jump out of the truck, load your gun, and take a shot! As if the buck would stand there, watch you and wait for you to shoot! 10 hunters, about 450 hours spent 99% driving around in a truck (8 hunters by the 3rd day as 2 left after 2 days out of anger and frustration). 1 nice buck harvested the last day on private land due to the kindness of a local rancher who felt sorry for 2 of our hunters and gave permission to hunt his land. Apparently no real pre-scouting, no real hunt plan, no arrangements with local land owners. When I think of all those hours watching the "Outdoor Channel", building up exitement and dreaming of a wonderful experience to come...only to have it turn out a nightmare. This was the worst hunting experience of my life. This was also my first Outfitter/guided hunt. I spent Thanksgiving away from my family for the 1st time in 40 years. This was a hard lesson, but I will never make this mistake again. Only good thing was a good cook, decent lodge and I met 9 great fellow hunters.

Utah Hunting Information
Utah has recently been outstanding for trophy elk, but the best tags take many years to draw. Utah does have conservation tags available for purchase that allow hunters to bypass the drawing. Given the high demand for these premium tags prices can be high. In the past Utah has been a top trophy mule deer state but recently only a handful of units consistently produce B&C caliber deer.
Illinois Hunting Information
Illinois is widely known as a top trophy whitetail destination. Illinois also has some great waterfowl hunting, especially in southern portions of the state.
Oregon Hunting Information
Oregon is not known to be a trophy big game producing state. That said they do have good quantities of animals such as Elk.
