Reviewer Comments: Jimmy Aller and his staff of Guides will work with you and make your hunt a memorable experiance. On My 2006 hunt I turned down a 10 point buck to hold out for that " shooter" I kicked up opening morning when I left my stand to pick up a shed I had glassed. I got another look at him, but a clear shot never materialized. I will be back 2007 for another poke at em.

One of the biggest White Tail Bucks I harvested was with Jim Aller as my guide, scoring 180 I have hunted Africa, 15 times Austria-Yugoslavia-The Arctic and the South Pacific. I rank Wolf Creek Outfitters as my number one hunt. I am currenty 75 years old, The good Lord willing I will be back to hunt with Wolf Creek Outfitters 2007.

Reviewer Comments: Be prepared for the cold durning the rifle season. I killed the second day. Don't be fooled it is a hunt not a kill. The property is big buck heaven. Be prepared to shoot 100-300 yards. I recomend you sit all day if able. I killed my deer @ 3:00pm. Good optics are a must.Need to have some experince judging deer so you dont shoot a buck this doesnt meet the standard. It was a good hunt I would do it again accept I would try to kill one of these big deer with my bow.

Species Hunted: Whitetail

Game Quality: poor

Accommodation Quality: poor

Camp Condition: satisfactory

Food Quality: poor

Guide Experience: poor

Other Personal Experience: poor

Overall Impression: terrible

Recommend: no

Reviewer Comments: The outfitter overbooked the hunt with 15 hunters hunting approximately 3000 to 4000 acres. There was so much pressure and traffic transporting hunters the wildlife was spooked. I was the one of the fortunate to take an animal a 145 inches, but still would not recommend this hunt.

Accommodation Quality: average for hunting trip

Camp Condition: good

Food Quality: none

Guide Experience: self guided hunt

Other Personal Experience: good

Overall Impression: pleased

Recommend: yes

Reviewer Comments: Be sure that you know that archery hunts are self guided. Rifle hunts include guides to take you to and from stands. I had a wounderful time and killed on the second day of hunting.
