Reviewer Comments: I hunted with Nelson Cole in 2002 & 2003. First year passed on a couple of "smallish" bears 150-200 lbs., hoping for something larger. Did not kill a bear. Second year, a bumper berry crop made bait hunting difficult because bears would lay up in the berry patches all day and visit baits only at night. Bears were killed both years by other hunters in camp. Nelson is willing to move hunter if he's not happy w/ stand or not seeing game. Accommodations are split between lake-side cottages & a lodge building. A casual affair where each party prepares their own meals. Will hunt with Nelson in the future, he works hard for his clients & treats you like a friend.
