Wyoming Hunting Overview

Wyoming is a great state for Elk, Mule deer and Antelope. In fact, Wyoming has the largest population of Antelope of any western state. Many outfitters offer combo Mule deer and Antelope hunts which can be a great value and lots of fun. Overall trophy quality of mule deer varies by unit but is currently not as high as some other states. Some of the north western elk units have been negatively effected by Grizzlies and Wolves.

Kansas Hunting Information

Kansas is one of the top producing monster whitetail buck states in the country. It also has some excellent turkey hunting and a few big mule deer in the western part of the state. Kansas has an excellent reputation as a top notch destination for upland birds. Utah Hunting Information

Utah has recently been outstanding for trophy elk, but the best tags take many years to draw. Utah does have conservation tags available for purchase that allow hunters to bypass the drawing. Given the high demand for these premium tags prices can be high. In the past Utah has been a top trophy mule deer state but recently only a handful of units consistently produce B&C caliber deer.
