Reviewer Comments: I hunted the last week of rifle season. Donny has assured me that this was a "trophy hunt." On the second day of the hunt, we passed a 300+ 6x6. By the fourth day, I was second guessing that decision, until we found a 351 6x5. If you want a chance at the bull of a lifetime and are willing to put in the miles, this is your hunt. I'm going back next year for one of the huge mulies that are in the same area.

Reviewer Comments: This was my first elk and mule deer hunt, I killed a 330 bull within 3 hours of opening morning. If I would have been more patient I probably could have killed a 350 bull, but it was hard to pass a 330 on your first elk hunt. We fought 80 degree temps the rest of our hunt and I ended up killing a 150 buck on the 8th day. There were 4 deer hunters and we went 4 for 4 with a 191 160 150 140 bucks and I was the only elk hunter so we went 100%. Great place to hunt and I would recomend Golden eagle outfitters to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: This is a great and honest outfitter. People that have had any issue with this outfitter don't understand hunting fair chase and ought to stick to high fence hunting -- there ain't no guarantee. What there is, is opportunity. It is your responsibility to know how to shoot. The ranches GEO hunts are excellent and the 185" mule deer is not rare nor is a 320+" bull elk. In one weekend we saw over 12 bull elk and easily over half of them were 300 or better. There are B&C antelope too! The food is tremendous. You will NOT lose weight no matter how much you walk! The key is be prepared -- know how to shoot, be able to walk and you will have the hunt of your life! The guides, the game and the food are excellent. You will be back!

Reviewer Comments: Donny Carr lied to us before, during and after the hunt. This is not a hunt for trophy deer and should not be advertised as one.Our guide on the hunt did not know anything about mule deer or the land we were hunting on.This hunt was a huge waste of money and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: This was supposed to be a hunt for trophy mule deer. The fun started when the guide got lost driving to camp. The first day of the hunt, he didn't know the ranch boundaries.....things didn't get much better. The outfitter said I should "hold out for a 190" class deer"....what a joke. Even the guides said there were few if any on the ranch. I could've put up with the sub par camp conditions if the game had been there. No deer were even sighted until the third day. The two elk hunters that were in camp left after 1 day.

New Mexico Hunting Information
New Mexico is one of the top destinations for trophy Elk and Antelope hunting. Draw odds can be tough depending on the unit but landowner tags are also available for those who don't draw. Mule Deer are plentiful but generally of average size. Only a couple of units and reservations consistently produce big muleys.
Yukon Territory Hunting Information
The Yukon Territory is a legendary hunting destination. Hunters from all over the world travel to the Yukon for wilderness adventure hunting at its finest. This rugged, remote and beautiful province is nearly untouched by man. It is similar in size to the state of California but with a population of only about 30,000 residents. The Yukon is a vast, pristine wilderness that holds a tremendous variety of trophy game species. You should be in excellent physical condition to maximize your success and to enjoy the Yukon experience.
Arizona Hunting Information
Arizona has lots of trophy big game but is probably best known for its trophy elk and mule deer. This partially due to the limited number of tags available.
